This course is suitable for practicing electricians, contractors and personnel working within the building services industry who wish to ensure that they are qualified and up-to-date with the latest industry regulations on wiring and the safe use and operation of electrical equipment and systems.
This qualification may also be a requirement for any contractor(s) or personnel wishing to join a Building Regulations Part P Competent Persons Scheme.
This is an updated course that is designed to equip candidates with the knowledge and understanding of the objectives and application of the 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
Candidates are advised to purchase a copy of the latest 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671 - Amendment 1-Green book version) for use as a course and exam reference aid.
Assessment is by a City & Guilds 2 hour 'open book' 60 questions multi-choice exam.
